Battle Beasts Series 1 Hits Toys “R” Us with New Battle Beasts Animated Short!
The Toys “R” Us-exclusive assortment of Battle Beasts Minimates has started to pop up in stores, and Diamond Select Toys is celebrating with a new stop-motion animated short film!
Featuring alternate paint schemes from the specialty assortment, as well as two different characters, fans of the existing figures will want to expand their Battle Beast collections with this new batch of Beasts from Toys “R” Us! The line-up includes:
– Vorin the Ram vs. Scorpus the Scorpion (new decos)
– Merk the Falcon vs. Spidron the Tarantula (new decos)
– Gruntos the Walrus vs. Scalpus the Snake (new decos)
– Antalor the Moose vs. Nychirix the Bat (exclusive)

Walking Dead Minimates Series 3 Will Rise this Spring
The dead cannot be stopped, and neither can the Walking Dead Minimates! With Series 2 in Toys “R” Us, comic shops and specialty stores now, Series 3 is gearing up for production from Diamond Select Toys! And like the first two series, it includes popular lead characters, short-lived favorites and zombies straight from the comic book pages!

Minimates Ironman 3 Toy Fair reveals
Now that the latest trailer for Iron Man 3 has been viewed by millions of people, it’s time for another unveiling… of Iron Man 3 Minimates! Diamond Select’s 49th consecutive assortment of 2-inch mini-figures will include four 2-packs, two exclusively at comic shops and specialty stores, and two shared with Toys “R” Us!
War Machine with Maya Hansen and Aldrich Killian with Cowboy Tony Stark will only be available on the comic specialty market, while Iron Man with the Mandarin and Iron Patriot with a top-secret figure will be shared with Toys “R” Us. Still under embargo are two more sets made exclusively for Toys “R” Us, to be revealed later, and an exclusive box set, at a retailer to be announced!

Iron Man 3 to Get Top-Secret Marvel Select Figures and Minimates in 2013
The third Iron Man movie is almost upon us, and the trailers are promising plenty of action and drama. Well, Diamond Select is promising toys! Not only will there be two new movie-based figures coming to the popular 7-inch-scale Marvel Select toy line, there will also be an assortment of Marvel Minimates, the 2-inch mini-figure line that’s celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2013!
This spring, collectors will have a chance to pick up Marvel Select figures of Iron Man in his new armor, as well as War Machine in his new “Iron Patriot” paint scheme. Each figure will stand over 7 inches tall and feature 16 points of articulation, as well as an interchangeable unmasked head of Tony Stark and James “Rhodey” Rhodes, respectively. Both will be packaged in the famous Marvel Select shelf-ready packaging, with character artwork on the spine. Images of the toys are under wraps until a later date, but you can pre-order them now, or keep checking our Facebook page for updates.
Like your toys a little smaller? The newest assortment of movie-based Minimates (designed by Art Asylum) will include two 2-packs shared between comic shops and Toys “R” Us, Iron Man with the Mandarin and Iron Patriot with a top-secret figure. Round 2 of Street Fighter X Tekken Minimates is About to Commence!
The second series of Street Fighter X Tekken Minimates is fighting its way to stores as we speak, featuring some of the biggest names in both franchises! Each mixed two-pack includes two Minimates, one from the Street Fighter universe and one from Tekken, each standing 2 inches tall with 14 points of articulation. Look for them in comic shops and specialty stores on January 2nd, and at Toys “R” Us soon afterwards, with exclusive characters at both locations!
