Gundam theme park in Japan opening on 19 Apr 2012.
“Gundam Front Tokyo” is a small theme park that will open in Odaiba, located near the life-size Gundam statue that has been re-erected. There will be a free exhibition area that includes display of Gunpla and a shop for you to purchase them. In addition, there will be a paid area where visitors would need to pay a small fee to enter and see cool Gundam exhibits that are put on display.
We were there in 2009 when it was built and in 2010 went to Shizuoka to see it there and next year we will be back to see it in it’s final spot!

Cup Gunpla and Cup Noodles 40th anniversary sets come with a Cup Noodle and a Cup Gunpla, containing one of four different 1/200-scale figures: the RX-78-2 Gundam noodles Original Color Ver., the regular RX-78-2, the MS-06S Zaku Char noodles Original Color Ver. and the original MS-06S Zaku Char.
They go on sale in Japan on September 20th 2011
C3 Hobby Show: Gundam garage kits by Silicon Tribe
The C3 Hobby Show devotes a lot of its attention to the creations of artists and their own creations. One such group is Silicon Tribe, who has displayed its newest garage kits at the show. This year’s creations focus on several of the side story units from the era of Zeta Gundam.
