Two Generations of the U.S.S. Enterprise are Headed Home in New Packaging!
Diamond Select Toys is moving two more Star Trek ships out of drydock, and this time their packaging is getting the refit! The U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-B (from Star Trek: Generations) and NCC-1701-D (from Star Trek: The Next Generation) are headed to stores in the next month, with lights and sounds from their screen appearances, and DST has revealed their new packaging design. Check out both new ships in their boxes below, and pre-order them from your local comic shop or your favorite online retailer!

NYCC 2012:New York Comic-Con’s Minimates Tenth Anniversary Exhibit a Big Hit
Minimates celebrated their 10th birthday with a bang, as over 100,000 fans attended this past weekend’s New York Comic-Con, where the Minimates-related festivities were in full swing! An art exhibit, panel and two signings drew thousands of attendees, from die-hard Minimate fanatics to casual enthusiasts, and thousands of Minimates, pins and posters were given out over the course of the weekend. Manufacturer Diamond Select Toys also gave fans a glimpse at the future of the line!
Located on the lower level at the Jacob Javits Center, the Minimates 10th Anniversary Exhibit had over 400 Minimates on display — not even a third of the over 1400 Minimates that have been released over the years. Marvel and DC Comics characters were displayed alongside Minimates from <em>Star Trek</em>, <em>The Walking Dead, Ghostbusters</em> and <em>The Munsters</em>, and the walls were hung with original concept art, as well as promotional posters from movie-based Minimates lines like <em>Back to the Future</em> and <em>A Fistful of Dollars</em>.
The artists behind most of those posters, Minimates designers Uriel Caton and Barry Bradfield, were at the exhibit on Sunday to sign 500 Universal Monsters Minimates posters for exhibit attendees. They were also joined by Minimates product manager Robert Yee for a panel presentation on Minimates, during which they revealed the control art for next year’s 50th series of Marvel figures. The line-up for that series was voted on by over 10,000 Marvel.com visitors, and the release will coincide with the Marvel Minimates line’s 10th anniversary.

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations 7″ Ezio Auditore ships this month!
We’re not exactly quiet about the fact that we love our Assassin’s Creed around here. All throughout the series, we’ve been bringing you figures, flying machines, even a replica of Ezio Auditore’s hidden blade! If it’s a secret, we’ve been doing a lousy job of keeping it.
For the latest in the series, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, we’ve got a brand new sculpt of Ezio. Now with over 35 points of articulation, our Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Ezio Auditore 7″ action figure is set to ship to stores this month in time for the fall season.
A Long Line
The first Revelations Ezio follows up on the success of a slew of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Ezio action figures, including the SDCC Exclusive Eagle Vision Ezio and the Toys ‘R’ Us-only Unhooded Onyx Costume Ezio, and in addition to the über-articulation and incredible game-accurate detail, it comes with the standard extending blades hidden in the sleeves, a crossbow, dagger and sword.
Along with the Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Ezio HeadKnocker, this is our first Ezio from the fourth game, so we couldn’t be happier to bring it to you.
